Monthly service charge is based on a tiered balance starting at a low $5.00 per month. Maintain a $600 balance and there is no monthly service charge. As with any FNB checking account, there is no fee for ordering a debit card by mail, however there is a $10.00 fee for an Instant Issue debit card. A deposit of $100.00 will open this account.

If you write less than 25 checks a month and don't want to maintain a $600 balance, First Value is the account for you. Your activity determines your monthly service charge. A $.20 per item charge will be assessed for each debit transaction (withdrawal, check paid, automatic transfer or payment out of this account). A deposit of $100 will open this account.

Account Analysis
Earnings credit will be calculated from the previous month's 91-day Treasury Bill auctions and credit will be given for the average collected balance against the service charges incurred.

When the average collected balance is a deficit, accounts will be charged using the Federal Reserve Discount plus 5% to determine the annual percentage rate.
